Where do you ship your products to?
We currently only ship to the continental United States. We hope to be able to expand in the future!
How long will it take my order to arrive?
We do our best to process and ship all orders within 24 business hours. Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 3-7 days.
Can I make changes to my order after I place it?
If your order has not been processed for shipping yet, our customer service team will do its best to accommodate requests in a timely manner. Please reach out to info@patientwell.com to inquire as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
We’re confident you’ll love our products, so we want you to try it risk-free. If you’re not satisfied with our Anti-Inflammatory Daily Formula within 30 days of your first order delivery, contact us and we’ll issue you a full refund (minus shipping & handling).
Due to the nature of our products, they cannot be reused in any way once they leave our facility. In order to avoid waste, we do not accept returns.

What is the optimal dosage for the Anti-Inflammatory Daily Formula?
2-3 capsules a day is the optimal dosage, but it may vary from person to person based on your size and weight.
Turmeric alone is poorly absorbed by the body and the reason why many companies add black pepper or BioPerine to their turmeric products, as this increases absorption 4x turmeric alone. Studies have recommended 1,600 mgs because of this poor absorption.
PatientWell’s Anti-Inflammatory Daily Formula fights inflammation six different ways and we use a turmeric formulation created by Meriva® that increases absorption by 29x. Our 1,000 mgs of turmeric provides more available turmeric than much larger dosages of competitive products.
